About this Project
The original layout was a dining room, kitchen, lounge and hallway. HallMark Construction was contracted to remove 3 walls and install steel beams to create open-plan living. They created a layout plan and added bi-fold doors to bring the outside; in.
The end result meant the client could use the space they never could use before and enabled the family to be together in the one room.
Feedback from the client : “I never imagined the space could be so usable”.
